Products
We sell original fragrances made by Arabian perfume houses such as Lattafa, Armaf and Afnan. Where we mention a designer fragrance, it is only to describe a similar scent profile. Our products are not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by those designer brands. Product photos are for illustration; packaging may change slightly between batches.
Prices and payment
All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately at checkout unless your order qualifies for free delivery. We take payment through secure third-party gateways. If a price on our site is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders and stock
Your order is confirmed once payment is received. If an item is out of stock after you’ve paid, we’ll let you know and refund you in full, or offer an alternative.
Promotions and coupons
Coupon codes can’t be exchanged for cash, can’t be combined unless stated, and may have an expiry date or usage limit. The first-order discount applies once per customer.

Returns and cooling-off
Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel an order within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, returned perfumes must be unopened with the cellophane intact. See our [Returns & Refunds] page for full details.
Liability
Fragrances are for external use only. Do a patch test if you have sensitive skin, and stop use if irritation occurs. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the value of the product you bought.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
