How every bottle reaches you

Sourced at origin
We buy from authorised distributors of each house in the UAE, and keep the import invoices for every batch.

Checked on arrival
Each delivery is inspected: cellophane, box print, batch code and bottle finish are matched against the brand's originals.

Shipped sealed
Your bottle leaves unopened, in its original wrapping, packed to travel. If anything looks wrong, we replace it.
How to verify your bottle
1. Check the cellophane
It should be tight, clean and unbroken, with neat folds.
2. Find the batch code
Look on the bottom of the box. The same code should be on the base of the bottle.
3. Ask us to confirm it
Send us a photo of the code and we'll confirm it against our import records. If anything doesn't meet our standard within 7 days of delivery, we replace it or refund you in full.
